Chesa Mariöl 6

Chesa Mariöl 6 completes the new district at the highest point, at the intersection of Sommavia and Mariöl Street. Similar to Chesa Mariöl Sur, it is oriented east-west with a splendid view of Piz d’Esan to the northeast. The typology includes an east-west traversing living area open to the exterior, alongside a lateral zone formed by inclined partitions that can become bedrooms. The ground floor is organized over two levels, with a 4.30 m high valley section developed as a gallery. The first and second floors form a duplex apartment with double-height spaces, living areas on the first floor, and bedrooms on the second.
