Academy House – Student Housing
The Academy House project consists of two parallel bars enclosing a central green space, with student residences and common areas for the Architecture Academy. The buildings are oriented perpendicular to the street, creating a transition between the upper hill and lower road. Each bar emerges from the ground horizontally, tapering down with the natural slope. Upper floors host apartments, while the ground floor accommodates laundry, storage, and shared facilities opening onto the garden. Staircases connect different levels, while ramps at building ends link galleries. Symmetrically arranged apartments feature private bedrooms facing outwards and kitchens/living areas facing central galleries, creating a unified community space. With C. Barchi and L.
