By stacking two single-family houses, an urban building emerges, with one unit enjoying ground access and garden, the other elevated for sky and views. A middle floor contains two small apartments. Different typologies respond to multigenerational living needs. Geometry respects parcel shape, solar orientation, and views. The ground floor houses a duplex with garden access, the second floor two small apartments, and the third floor another duplex with views.
